We are looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team and boost our presence on social media and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the content plan for all digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Record and produce videos focused on real estate, investment, and lifestyle in Bali.
• Create attractive and optimized thumbnails for YouTube and Instagram.
• Edit high-quality videos tailored to each platform.
• Manage and optimize Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts to maximize growth and engagement.
• Monitor key performance metrics and propose strategic improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest digital and social media marketing trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation and video editing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Photoshop, Canva).
• Knowledge of growth strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Creativity, initiative, and strong organizational skills.
• Good written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to work in Bali (Kerobokan/Canggu area).
• Immediate availability is a plus.
• Indonesian nationality.
• Age: between 18 and 35 years old.
